Snetterton 300

Snetterton 300

So called because it’s 3 miles long, Snetterton is a staple circuit in the UKs motorsport scene, hosting the UK’s first 24-hour race, the British Touring Cars, British Superbikes and the British Formula Three.

The lap record is held by current Formula One driver Felipe Nasr at the 2011 British GT and Formula Three meeting.

Snetterton has two curved braking zones at Brundle going into Nelson, and Coram going into Murrays. Both corners are to be treated with the utmost respect, if you’re not concentrating the back end of your car will soon overtake the front end.

With two achingly long straights Snetterton is no place for underpowered cars so make sure you’ve got your engine output sorted.
