Cadwell Park

Cadwell Park

Arguably one of the most scenic circuits on the calendar, Cadwell Park is more reminiscent of a national park than it is a motor racing circuit.

The circuit really feels like two tracks in one to drive. The tight, twisty section from the chicane at turns 11 and 12, through Hall Bends, the Hairpin and Barn, make for slower speeds and finer car control. Then crossing the start finish line you go into Coppice and start ascending the hill on Park Straight in this more open, flowing section.

Some challenging corners such as Park and Gooseneck make this a real drivers circuit, and the dramatic hills and scenery make it a particularly interesting circuit to drive.

Wondering through the paddock you’d be forgiven for thinking this was a local village organising a car themed get-together. It’s easy to forget that just behind the trees lies a motor racing circuit.
